TUNING INFORMATION
All tuning sessions must be paid before you will be put on the schedule and before any tune files will be sent out. This includes base tunes, revisions, track side assistance, and any other forms of modifications to a tune file for a client.
All tuning session times set are exact. These times can be rescheduled if needed with a 12hr notice. We try to keep our schedule flowing and filled so please be on time with whatever timeframe we set for your tuning session.
Tuning sessions will include as many revisions as needed to dial in the vehicle 100% and to achieve client satisfaction. 
All logs sent to us MUST be in the appropriate Channel Configuration that we will send with the initial tune file. Without the proper Channel Configuration, we cannot properly tune the vehicle. If you need help with learning how to load a Channel Configuration into VCM Scanner, please ask.
All vehicles that do not come from the factory with on-board wideband sensors MUST have a wideband installed and set up in the Channel Configuration on VCM Scanner. We recommend the AEM 30-0334 or the Ballanger AFR500CAN v3. These are the easiest wideband sensors to purchase, install, and connect to HP Tuners. Any vehicle WITHOUT a wideband will not receive ANY wide open throttle tuning and will be limited from going into WOT.
ALL tune files sent to clients are intended for OFF ROAD use only in a closed course or track environment. We do not condone nor support driving vehicles that do not pass a legal state inspection on public roads.
